Remove the Blogger navbar

  • An irritating feature of Blogger is its NavBar. If you dont know what I am talking about, then this picture will show you what I’m talking about:

    Blogger-navbarThe reason why I dont like this is because Blogger lets this bar treat you as a kid blogger and steals traffic from you, with the help of its “NEXT BLOG” button.

    If you, like me, dont like this bar, then you should follow the following steps to get rid of it.

    1) Go to Blogger design and select “Edit HTML

    2) Now, in the text box, the HTML part of your theme will me provided. Now, scroll down a bit until Blogger-navbar-removingyou reach :

    Blogger Template Style
    Name:     Simple
    Designer: Josh Peterson
    ----------------------------------------------- */


    and after this, post the following CSS definition:

    #navbar-iframe {
       display: none !important;

    And now click on the save template and you’re done!
