In one of the examples provided by twitter, they have shown the profile of a 7 year old "SEO guru" [fake of course] with a few tweets that are hilarious .
This account is used by twitter to show the mentality of an average spammer, flooding his twitter with useless and irritating, vague links.
This is the account of the cute spammer I was talking about.
On closer inspection, this image is actually a stock image which you can get usually by a simple Google search.
Through this account, Twitter uses to teach all its users on how to report a spam profile. Cute, isn't he?
