Google Advertises Chrome in Firefox

  • If you are an internet explorer user, then you would probably know that whenever you visit Google homepage (from Internet Explorer), you would see a Google chrome advertisement on the top right of the homepage, suggesting you install Google Chrome. However, at that time, the same ad was not shown over any other browser like Firefox or even Opera.

    But now, Google has started displaying the ad even for Firefox, which is the second (and seems to be losing to Google Chrome) most used web browser after Internet Explorer. Google now seems to be heading down into deep competition, though many people (especially fan boys of Firefox) would term this as a partiality.
