  • facebook-new-notificationThe jewel box in facebook is the container next to the Facebook logo on the top left of the social networking website. Its has three buttons – one for friend requests, other for messages and the last one for notifications. Since the many years of Facebook, it hasn’t been changed much, but now, facebook has redesigned it, making it more functional and relevant.

Whenever you click on the button now, it turns white, and you get a white pop-out box, showing you an exhaustive list of notifications, that is scrollable using the mouse’s scroll button.

[The picture you see on your left is modified notification, using the in-built developer tools of Google chrome. All the actual names were replaced in HTML by some anonymous names]
